    If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use InnsynAI.

    InnsynAI provides AI-powered tools that help organisations search, analyse, and interact with their own documents and knowledge sources. InnsynAI is provided as a software-as-a- service offering and may evolve over time.

    2. Eligibility & Account Access

    You must be legally permitted to use the service and authorised to act on behalf of your organisation if you create or manage a workspace. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account or organisation.

    3. Use of the Service

    You may use InnsynAI only for lawful purposes and for internal organisational use.

    • Upload content you do not have the right to use
    • Upload unlawful, harmful, or abusive material
    • Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, or disrupt the service
    • Circumvent usage limits or access controls
    • Use InnsynAI for real-time, safety-critical, medical, legal, or financial decision-making

    4. Customer Content & Data

    4.1 Ownership

    You retain ownership of all documents, data, and content you upload, sync, or submit to InnsynAI.

    4.2 Permission to Process

    By using the service, you grant InnsynAI permission to process your content solely to operate the service, including indexing documents, enabling search, and generating AI-assisted responses. Your content is not used to train public or general-purpose AI models.

    4.3 Responsibility for Content

    You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload or connect any data. InnsynAI is not responsible for the legality or ownership of customer-provided content.

    5. AI Outputs & Limitations

    InnsynAI uses AI systems that may produce incorrect, incomplete, or outdated outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them. InnsynAI does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a specific purpose.

    6. Integrations & Third-Party Services

    InnsynAI may integrate with third-party platforms such as Google Drive, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Confluence, and Notion. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. InnsynAI is not responsible for third-party services.

    7. Plans, Trials, and Usage Limits

    Some features or usage levels may be subject to limits, trials, or paid plans. We may modify pricing, usage limits, or plans with reasonable notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

    8. Feedback

    If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant InnsynAI permission to use them to improve the service without obligation or compensation.

    9. Suspension & Termination

    You may stop using InnsynAI at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, required by law, or if continued operation poses risk. Upon termination, access may be removed and data may be deleted subject to reasonable retention practices.

    10. Disclaimer

    InnsynAI is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data durability, error-free operation, or accuracy of AI outputs.

    11. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, InnsynAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Your sole remedy is to stop using the service.

    12. Changes to These Terms

    These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
